I really like the changes u made to the comments (sigs to be specific). The little border around (recent work, and favorites) looks really nice, and the tape compliments the other parts of the skin so far. I still think there is a lot of white space there though (but if you don't agree it's not my place to say ^^). Anyways this is really coming together, since you are planning on adding this as an official Artician skin for others to use. Have you already considered other color variants

I love the three column blog headers. You know we should also support user uploaded modules not even full themes. This could help create for even more unique layouts for those who are less informed about CSS, and for the other group you know the lazy ones (>.>
